It's amazing how many people start their businesses in times of recession, often because of redundancy.  Of course the temptation is to start your business from a back bedroom to keep costs down.  This can be a mistake.

Your clients will give you work if they think you are already successful and established and if they are impressed when they come to meet you.

Nothing could impress them more than the Old Brewery, and we have small offices starting at just 150 sq ft.  Typically that would cost you around £3500 per year, admittedly a little more than your back bedroom, but if you think of it as money spent on marketing rather than rent, it's money very well spent.
