We have around 30 rooms to let each around 250 sq ft. And they are available on an easy-in easy-out licence. Just one month's notice is all you need to give. Each room comes with telephone and broadband internet access. Of course you would need to pay for your telephone usage, but everything else can be included in the price - water, heating, lighting, furnishings. |

The Grade 2 listed building was originally the home of William Nimmo, master brewer. He built it in 1828 and the family added to it as the years went by. It's also been a coaching inn, a courthouse and a jail. |

In the 1930's it became one of the best known breweries in the country and was eventually taken over by Whitbread. Today the old brewery workings behind the listed buildings have being demolished to make way for luxury housing. |

Also included are free car parking, use of the common meeting areas, and the self service kitchen area. We can provide a receptionist and telephone answering service (at extra cost) and there is a fully equipped meeting room that can be booked for private meetings (up to 12 people). And there is a larger seminar/training room that can seat up to 45 people |

There is a glazed atrium-style reception and meeting areas, and a sheltered garden room. The garden itself has retained mature trees and in the warmer months is available for tenants and their visitors to sit outside Atrium and Ginnel entrance |
