The Old Brewery is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1826. It was rebuilt as a business centre in 2006 with many of the original features retained with no two offices the same – some even have original fireplaces.
You can enjoy a superb “workstyle” with lovely gardens, views over the golf course - all just 200 metres from the A19.
There are some 33 offices to rent on an easy-in/easy-out basis. Sizes range from a 158 sq.ft office for one to two people up
to a 732 sq.ft suite. Tenants have the use of a shared kitchen and receive a generous discount on our meeting room facilities. If you don't need a physical office but would like to take advantage of the facilities at The Old Brewery, a virtual office with use of the desks in our atrium may be suitable.

Office 34
A 4-5 person office on the second floor. Situated next to the lift, this office has a high degree of privacy, with no immediate neighbours ( 371 sq ft).
